Abstract: As for the problem that the graduates from local undergraduate colleges and universities can not meet the needs of labor markets for high-quality technical talents of professional skills, on the basis of analyzing the successful development experiences of German University of Applied Sciences, some suggestions are made for the transformation of the development of the local colleges and universities in the orientation of running a school, professional settings, teaching reserves, etc.
