Abstract: 智能配电网的发展逐渐推动着配电网供电模式的改革,SNOP(soft normally open point)是代替联络开关的一种电力电子装置,它的引入彻底改变了配电网供电方式,给配电网的运行带来了诸多益处.首先,对SNOP的功能和原理进行详细介绍;然后,描述了SNOP的运行边界,提出含SNOP的配电网运行优化模型;最后,将SNOP优化效果和网络重构进行详细对比分析,从静态潮流优化、动态潮流优化、实时调整3个方面验证了SNOP的优势和潜在效益.
