The Study of Balint Group on Reducing the Nurse Subjective Severe Stress

Abstract: Objective Inquire into“Balint group”in reducing the role of the nurse subjective severe stress. Methods Recruit on a regular basis in our clinical nurses as a set of 12 people,and discuss about the hard cases which inducing nurse subjective severe stress base on “Balint group”working pattern. Results There's significant difference of SAS,SDS scale score between before and after Balint group research, the open group before and after,respectively is 57.1±2.8 vs(47.3±4.2)and(60.7±5.1)vs(50.5±3.4);In the stress self-reported questionnaire scale of Balint group study, the stress,heavy pressure have significant differences between before and after the study (77.77%vs 19.44%).Conclusions “Balint group”can reduce the nurse subjective severe stress effec-tively,establish a good relationship between nurses and patients,improve the nursing work quality,and avoid occupational burnout, which be able to effectively carry out patient-centered high quality nursing.
