Abstract: In this paper,using the physical properties of the metal material thermal expansion coefficient in difference of metal changing rate under the high temperature,w hich caused by the size of the thermal analysis and research,it is concluded that different clearance rate and stainless steel craft for titanium alloy thermal expansion rate. Solve the problem of military stabilization craft design due to the lack of titanium alloy on stainless steel craft for the titanium alloy thermal expansion rate-precise data of curve gap rate and accurate design. Offer the valuable technical support and data for both stainless steel titanium alloy craft design in the future,also satisfy the determine state of cold and hot at the same time,meet the requirement of military stabilization titanium alloy on heating treatment.
