Abstract: 【Objective】To discuss the application value of nuclear magnetic resonance(MRI) scan in prenatal diagnosis of placenta implantation. 【Methods】Analyzed retrospectively the MRI imaging features of placenta implantation patients, and compared with the MRI imaging features of the non-placenta increta at the same time. 【Results】The main MRI imaging features of placenta increta inclued uterine deformation and(or) partial torus, placenta uneven signals and irregular placenta crumb T1 and long T2 signal, increased placental blood vessels under placenta. Compared with non-placenta increta, the number of MRI imaging features above was more, and the proportion of combination imaging features was higher(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The MRI scan of prenatal placenta increta can find the more abnormal imaging features.
