Abstract: In this paper,a lot of compositions and the chemical and Plupical pr-operties of wine lees waste liquors have been analysed and measured。Thechemical conditioning by coagulants and dewatering of lees wasteliquors are discussed。The effect of coagulatiaon and flocculationof some coagulants FA—1、FA—2、FA—3、FA—4、FA—5 FA—40、FA—50 made by ourselves are also compared。They reduce the speci-fic resistance to filtration of wine lees waste liquors in value sequence:FA—4>FA—3>FA—1>FA—2。An optimum dosage corresponds to the minimum specific resistance andtheir optimum PH range are determined in Laboratory。So that,the suspension solids is separated out by vacuum filterationand the most difficult problem in the treatment of wine waste liquorsis solved。
