Abstract:
<正>休假制度是为了保障劳动者享有休息权而实行的定期或不定期休假的制度。常见的休假包括法定节假日、双休日、年休假、事假、病假、婚丧假、产假、探亲假以及其他由于职业特点或公司特点而规定的休假。本文主要讨论带薪年休假的一些法律问题,笔者列举了几个常见的带薪年休假的案例,并从中分析了劳动者在纠纷中应当注意的事项,以期更好地保护劳动者的合法权益。
