Abstract: This paper aims to build a multi-objective model for complex system of water sources and to solve its optimization problem. Through introducing a concept of the water resource utilization degree of coordination and regional economic development and taking application benefit coefficients and cost coefficients as constraints, the optimal allocation model of perfect coordination was improved. Using this model, the configuration coordination of the recent planning level year( 2015) and long-term rowlevel year( 2020) in Lingyuan city was obtained. Conclusion is that the proposed coordination degree concept can response efficiency and benefit of economic development. The obtained water source coordination configuration optimization scheme accords with the sustainable development connotation.
