Abstract: 对238名培智学校教师的调查发现:89.6%的教师是本科以上学历;入职前,44.1%的教师专业对口;教师学历提升后的专业与所教学科和所从事工作的吻合度较低;不到三分之一的教师知道智力落后儿童的高级神经活动特点和关于智力落后儿童的数学水平与汉子识字量的研究;教师的学科素养不理想,7.6%的教师了解算术应用题的三个类型,34.5%的教师了解辅助阅读的四个类型.建议:加强特殊教育教师的职前培养管理和职后继续教育管理,提升培智学校教师的专业素养.
