Abstract: With the development of social economy and urbanization level in China,a large number of people are swarming into cities.In the meantime,the municipal refuse is rapidly increasing.China has produced the one -fourth of the total refuse in the whole world.Its total refuse amount is increasing by 10 percent each year.The im-proper disposal of the refuse would impact the ecological and social environment in the long run.Lack of the public awareness of refuse classification and the shortage of disposal infrastructure and the low level of disposal technolo-gies have brought many environmental issues.Therefore,the government should pay much more attention to the municipal refuse.The refuse disposal needed to start from the sources to classify the refuse.An ecological manage-ment should implement in the process of sell and consumption.
