Capacitive sensor measuring circuit based on the 555 timer

Abstract: 由电容传感器和555时基电路构成多谐振荡器,将电容转化为频率,使电容的极距与频率成正比,再通过WV转换器将频率转换为电压,由减法器输出与极板位移相应的电压,最后由显示器给出被测的位移量.通过实验对比,取得了满意的效果,在2mm范围内测量非线性误差小于1.2%,能较好地满足实际测量要求.
