Abstract: T his paper firstly introduces the research status quo of university real estate management and the existing problems ,and then makes an analysis of the need for the design of a new generation of u‐niversity real estate management system .The user case diagram and data flow diagram of the system are designed ,and the developing mode and operating environmental of the management system are de‐scribed .Moreover ,the requirement analysis ,the outline design ,and the detailed design of the system are illustrated in detail .Finally ,the functions and solutions for the real estate management system in the next generation are detailedly described .
