Abstract: 间接式气动加压摇架在国内已普遍使用,随着使用时间的不断延长,它的压力也会发生变化,与原先设想的气动加压压力不会衰退有了差距,分析其原因如下. 间接式气动加压摇架的压力源,不完全来自气压,其压力由2部分组成,即气压与气囊材质产生的抗力.气囊由内层橡胶和外层锦纶线编织而成,橡胶的软硬与编织层的松紧程度会在气囊发生变形时产生一定的抗力.间接式气动加压摇架气囊的压力传递是通过受压板、传压曲柄作用,摇架在无气压状态下,受压板迫使气囊变形,从而产生一定的抗力(见图1a));当摇架处于工作状态时,受压板再次下陷,气囊变形更大,产生的反弹力也会增大(见图1b)).随着使用时间的增加,橡胶弹力下降,编织层松弛,气囊壁的抗力逐渐减弱,在气压不变的情况下,摇架的输出力也随之下降.
