Abstract: 选择进料状况、螺杆转速、节流阀、换网器和模板及切粒机等因素对挤出机机组的影响进行了系统分析、研究,发现这些因素对挤出机的负荷和能耗影响较大.进行长期的试验研究表明:物料表观密度和进料温度的增加可提高产量,降低能耗;螺杆转速的增加使产量与转速比下降;节流阀的改变可影响挤出机的产量和能耗;改变换网器和模板的孔数可大幅度降低熔融物料的压力,孔数每增加10%压力约降5%,孔径扩大10%压力约降30%.而切粒机刀数的增加明显提高了机组的产量.通过这些节能措施的实施,挤出机的比能耗由原来的0.161~0.167 kW@h/kg下降至0.143~0.151 kW@h/kg,产量增加了1t/h以上.
