Abstract: Professor LIU considers that the occurrence of tinnitus is closely related to liver and kidney. Qi of liver stagnation into the fire and the disturbance ear orifices are causing tinnitus; Kidney essence deficiency or blood deficiency cause insufficient blood marrow empty,and the orifices dystrophy dues to tinnitus. The majority of elderly patients tinnitus caused by loss of kidney essence,the treatment is mainly invigorating the essence,beginning to open the ear,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. He producing his own prescription medicine( Lily,Weeping Forsythia,Gegen,Davallia,Xianlingpi etc.) in the treatment of this disease has achieved a better clinical effect.
