Abstract: According Professor Wang,pathogenesis of Endometriosis could be anxiety,restrained Qi of liver,disordered circulation of Qi and blood in Chong and Ren,as well as blood clot being stuck in uterus,since pain is caused by blood stasis. If blood does not flow its circuit for a long time,many diseases would appear. Wang holds that the restrained Qi of liver,which will aggravate blood stasis,causes Endometriosis,regardless of the existence of recurrent lesions. With the aim of warming channel to expel cold and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to treat Endometriosis,he applies Yanghe Decoction and Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,adding or decreasing the volume of the herbs according to different stages of the disease,which is effective in the treatment.
