Abstract: This paper introduced the working principle of distributed optical fiber temperature sensing technology leakage monitoring.Carried out optical fiber temperature calibration, determined the DTS laser preheating time.Heated the armored cable embedded in the air,water,8.64% water content loose sand and 10.83% water content loose sand.Analyzed violent changed section slope-heating power relation, gradual changed temperature rise-heating power relation and gradual changed slopeheating power relation from medium heat conduction performance.Illustrated the feasibility of quantitative monitoring leakage of distributed optical fiber temperature sensing.Presented the reasonable layout of optical fiber in the practical engineering to improve the spatial resolution of distributed optical fiber temperature sensing leakage monitoring.
