Abstract: Temporary consolidation pier beam system is one of the main measures to guarantee the cantilever construction stability of the prestressed concrete continuous beam. Based on the temporary consolidation design scheme of railway continuous beam bridge pier beam,applying numerical calculation method to calculate and analyze the overturn stability of temporary consolidation pier beam system and local pressure of temporary support. The results showed that only rely on the beam body weight can’t guarantee the cantilever construction longitudinal stability,after a certain number of rebar steel pipe set in the temporary support,it can greatly improve the beam longitudinal overturn stability; When the temporary support size is limited,increase the number of temporary support and improve the concrete grade as much as possible to to increase bearing capacity of temporary support.
