Abstract: Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of phenolic acids of Fructus Phyllanthi from different regions, and provide the scientific foundation for quality evaluation and quality control of the effective ingredient. Methods:The phenol acids composition of Fructus Phyllanthi from 7different regions was determined by the following condition:Agilent C18chromatographic column,0. 2% phosphoric acid water(A)-methanol(B)mobile phase, gradient elution, under the wavelength of 276nm.The HPLC fingerprints of phenol acids composition of Fructus Phyllanthi were established and the qualities were evaluated through similarity evaluation software. Results:The HPLC fingerprints of phenol acids composition of Fructus Phyllanthi from 7different regions were formed.7common peaks were found and the similarity of them were more than 0.90.Conclusion:The fingerprint was specific and the established method can be used for research and quality control of the effective components in Fructus Phyllanthi.
