Abstract: Objective to discuss the Case teaching,s application and evaluation on nursing taching of undergraduate way the research subject is nursing of gynecology and obstetrics,choosing four classes of 2011 as object of studying, the four classes divided into two groups,one is reference group,the other is experimental group,the reference group is employing traditional teaching way,the other group is adopting Case teaching. Results first the experimental group exam results is more than reference group(P<0.05),second nine positive evaluations’ average agreement rate is 90.33%,two negative evaluations’ average agreement rate is only 8% conclusion the Case teaching not only can stimulate the studengts interest,but also can improve the thinking and memory of students.
