Abstract: Chinese technology-based small and micro-sized enterprises have many weaknesses on areas. How to break the innovation bottleneck under external support and cooperation, is the key to effectively solve the development of technology-based small and micro-sized enterprises. From the perspective of supply chain management to analyze the influence of supply chain to the innovation ability of technology-based small and micro-sized enterprises, and to research the innovation system of technology-based small and micro-sized enterprises, it will increase the enterprises marketing competitive and the abilities of business development.
