Abstract: In the stage of graduate study,improving their theoretical quality and thinking quality is the key to education. Through the new interpretation of theoretical quality and thinking quality,it can better understand the necessary theoretical quality and thinking quality for the development of the graduate students. Therefore,from the following aspects such as,changing the idea and being a lifelong learner; setting an example and being a learned reader; positive thinking and being a sharp positive reflective practitioner; combining theory with practice and being a brave optimistic practitioner,theoretical quality and thinking quality of the graduates can be strengthened.
