Abstract: Objective To study the prevention of laryngeal recurrent nerve injury during thyroid surgery of specific measures.Methods From March 2012 to March 2014 patients with thyroid surgery for sampling, 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation of two groups of patients with laryngeal recurrent nerve injury.Results The total effective rate(95.2%) is significantly higher than the control group(71.4%),with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improve the laryngeal recurrent nerve dissection cognitive level,to expose laryngeal treatment in time,help to prevent and reduce the rate of laryngeal recurrent nerve injury.
