Abstract: Objective: To discuss the expressions and significance of Kip1 ubiquitination-promoting complex 1( KPC1) and cytoplasmic p27Kip1in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: The expressions of KPC1 and cytoplasmic p27Kip1in 64 epithelial ovarian cancer samples were detected by immunohistochemical method. The association between their expressions and clinical parameters were analysed. Results:KPC1 and cytoplasmic p27Kip1expressions were associated with the degree of neoplasm differentiation,FIGO staging and pathological types( both P < 0. 05). Spearman’s correlation analysis showed KPC1 expression was positively associated with cytoplasmic p27Kip1( r =0. 493,P <0. 01). Conclusion: KPC1 and cytoplasmic p27Kip1might play a synergy role in the oncogenesis and development of ovarian cancer.
