Abstract: Objective:To explore the optimum technology of extracting total flavonoids from Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn.By orthogonal test.Methods:By orthogonal design L9(34),extraction times,extraction time and amount of water were investigated.In alcohol precipitation,the alcohol concentration was studied.Results:The optimum process was as follows:the crude drug was extracted three times(3heach times)with water and the solid-to-liqiud ratio of 1∶10.In alcohol precipitation,the alcohol concentration was 65%.Conclusions:With high extraction rate of total flavonoids and low impurity of the extractum,this technology is simple and feasible.The study provides experimental basis for extraction of total flavonoids fromCallicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn.
