Abstract: Objective: To investigate the unblocking open aphonia needling method for treatment of stroke structure dysarthria improvement function of dysarthria patients, to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods: acupuncture group(A), functional electrical stimulation group(B), drug group(C), 30 for each group, group A: Taking the main Baihui Point, yamen, Tianding, Lian Quan, Tongli, Hegu, Taichong acupuncture. Group B: the use of functional electrical stimulation therapeutic apparatus are placed in the posterior occipital mastoid selection on both sides, continued stimulus pattern treatment. Group C: oral drug nimodipine. Results: through the governor opened the dumb acupuncture for treating cerebral apoplexy dysarthria obvious curative effect in other groups(P<0.05). At the same time, through the governor to cause dysarthria and cerebral infarction and cerebral embolism caused the efficacy of dysarthria in different diseases has no significant difference in cerebral hemorrhage and developed the dumb acupuncture method(P>0.05). Conclusion: through the governor opened the dumb acupuncture for treating cerebral apoplexy dysarthria dysarthria in improving the curative effect is better than that of functional electrical stimulation, medicine, stroke dysarthria after effective treatment method.
