Abstract: Objective To investigate the application value of transanal resection and anastomosis of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids eccentric excision in the treatment of benign tumors of the rectum. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014,104 cases with benign tumor treated in Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were enrolled as the research object. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received traditional anal operation treatment, and the observation group was treated with anal PPH eccentric resection and anastomosis. The effective rate of treatment and complication after operation between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, patients of the two groups were both improved. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 3%,significantly higher than that of the control group84. 0%,with significant difference( P < 0. 05); the recovery time of the observation group was( 6. 32 ± 2. 46) d,and the postoperative effect score was( 9. 36 ± 0. 32),the two were far higher than those of the control group( 10. 87 ±3. 15) d,( 7. 13 ±0. 74),with significant differences( P <0. 05). Complication incidence was 9. 3%in the observation group, lower than that of the control group 16. 0%,the difference was not significant, with significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusions Transanal resection and anastomosis of PPH eccentric in treatment of rectal benign tumor could achieve simple operation, quick recovery, less bleeding, and low incidence of postoperative complications, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
