Abstract: In the long- term political practice,socialist consultative democracy based on CPPCC( Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference) has been endowed new value contents as follows: to form the multi- Party cooperation system under the CPC leadership,to build the socialist harmoniously political Party relationship,to advance citizen’s orderly involvement in politics,to protect citizen’s equal right of participation,to persist in commonly political identification and value identification,to maximize the public benefits,to adhere to the principle of seeking common points but reserving differences,and to achieve the harmonious development of socialist society.
