Abstract: Objective:To study the diagnostic value of cervical multiple biopsy under colposcopy compared with routine cervical biopsy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Method:Selected 90 patients with cervical lesions, and divided into observation group and control group. All the patients take detection of heart rate and blood pressure, blood routine, liver function, temperature on the day in hospital.Regard the cervical conization pathology results as the standard of diagnosis, compare positive rate, missed diagnosis rate, diagnosis rate between pathological examination and cervical multiple biopsy under colposcopy of the two inspection methods. Results:Cervical disease detection rate of patients in the observation group was 89.3%,while the detection rate of patients in the control group was just 68.9%,significantly lower than that of the observation group.Cervicitis rate of patients in control groups was slightly higher in the observation group, the diagnosis rate of other cervical disease group were lower than those of observation group. In particular, there were significant difference of detection rate between patients with CIN1,CIN2,CIN3 and invasive cancer in two groups, while the misdiagnosis rate is much higher than the observation group(P<0.01).Moreover,in addition to cervicitis, positive rate of patients in observation group were obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the routine cervical biopsy, cervical multiple biopsy under colposcopy can greatly improve the diagnosis rate of cervical diseases, and reduce the misdiagnosis rate,to help patients with early detection and treatment. It is of great value in diagnosis of cervical diseases.
