Abstract: This paper presents a difference scheme of initial boundary value problem for two-dimensional RLW equation.The solution converging to the initial-boundary value problem in L∞ norm was proved,and its convergence order is O(τ+h)The difference scheme of initial boundary value problem for two-dimensional RLW equation was proved stable in L∞.
