Abstract: One patient with acute monocytic leukemia(M5)transformed from myelofibrosis(MF)was reported,Karyotype analysis was 46,XY;Detecting by flow cytometry,the antigens of CD13,CD33,CD11 b,CD34and HLA-DR were found expressed.The disease progressed vary fast and the patient died of respiratory failure.Myelofibrosis has 8%~20% of opportunity to transform to acute leukemia.
