Abstract: Objective To analyze the attitude of forensic medicine college students toward expert assistant system and its impact factors in criminal procedure.Methods A sample (n =225) was taken from the five grades in forensic medicine college of a medical university located in Liaoning Province.Results 30.7％ of students were in favor of expert assistant system in criminal procedure,16.4％ of students were against with it,and the rest 52.9％ were undecided.The attitude of the forensic medicine college students toward expert assistant system in criminal procedure was related to the knowledge of expert assistant system,relevant educational experience to the expert assistant system and the desire for accepting the education.Conclusions It is necessary to improve conduct propaganda and occupation education about expert assistant system in criminal procedure by setting up the courses in universities.
