Abstract: The executive force of principals plays a key role in the survival and development of vocational schools and is the basic impacting factor for achieving school’s development vision. The executive force of vocational school principals is mainly composed of foresight, collaboration strength, decision-making power, and charisma. It can be improved by strengthening learning, system construction, performance appraisal and construction of culture.
