Abstract: China’s rural medical and health service system was established in the period of people’s commune,but since the reform and opening up and not as our country economic system adjustment to make fundamental changes.Lack of funds,institutional settings are not standardized,medical costs,medical staff technical problems such as low has become the bottleneck of China’s rural medical and health service system and improve the development of the established and detailed division and cooperation mechanism,strengthen the rural medical and health service system of the capital investment,reform and innovation of China’s rural medical and health service system management system has become the comprehensive improvement of rural medical health service ability,an important way to improve the people’s health security level in rural areas.In order to adjust the supply and demand policy as the breakthrough point,the establishment of government-led,broad participation of social forces to promote the rural medical service system is an inexhaustible motive force of China’s rural economic and social development.
