Abstract: 筛选了17种活性炭,用BP神经网络对正交实验结果进行了模拟计算, 同时比较了多种洗脱方式,尤其是络合洗脱的新方法;找出了提取L-Phe的最佳工艺:在使用0.5%的活性炭F,pH=5.8,温度为343 K的条件下吸附120 min,并用15%的TOMAC-乙醇在333 K下洗脱90 min;使用本工艺L-苯丙氨酸的回收率可达80%以上,产品纯度99.9%以上,有效降低了分离过程中的成本.
