Analysis of Polycystic Ovary EPO and Testosterone Levels of Serum Luteinizing Infertile Patients

Abstract: Objective To explore the content of infertile patients with polycystic ovary TESTO LH and analyze the main reasons for infertility patients.Methods 50 PCOS patients erythropoietin observation group to the same period in our hospital 50 cases of healthy volunteers as the control group,the application of ECL reagents and instrument checks,subjects of the two groups were calculated serum luteinizing their positive and testosterone,and a comparative study.Results LH-positive subjects in the control group 1 case(9.5 ± 1.8) U / L,TESTO positive 0 cases(0.8±0.2) nmol/L,LH-positive subjects in the observation group 45 cases(12.0 ± 3.7) U/L,TESTO positive 43 cases(1.6 ± 0.4) nmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion TESTO infertility polycystic ovary with elevated levels of LH and there may be some connection,therefore,women of childbearing age in vivo clinical findings of elevated levels of LH and TESTO case should be comprehensive and timely diagnosis,targeted therapies for patients,in order to prevent the risk of suffering from PCOS.
