Abstract: 以锂辉石、堇青石、熔融石英、硼玻璃和黏土为原料制成混合粉料,以水玻璃、磷酸二氢铝、水性有机硅树脂和ZrO2微粉为原料制成复合结合剂.按m(粉料)∶m(结合剂)=80∶20配料,加入一定量水搅拌均匀,制成抗氧化涂料.将涂料以0.3~0.5 mm的厚度涂覆在Al2O3-C质浸入式水口表面,于170℃干燥12 h.在1 200℃空气气氛中保温3h氧化后的质量损失率和涂层的宏观及微观结构变化表明:使用复合结合剂制备的抗氧化涂层在基体表面形成了致密的保护层,其抗氧化效果明显优于以水玻璃为结合剂的现用涂料.
