Abstract: 为了降低凝胶注模法制备的碳化硅耐火材料的表面气孔率,延长其使用寿命,以轻质碳酸钙微粉23%(w)、氧化铝微粉33%(w)、堇青石40%(w)、钾长石4%(w)的粉料配比制成固相质量分数为25%的釉浆,将其喷淋在丙烯酰胺体系水基凝胶成型工艺制备的碳化硅干燥坯体表面,在150℃干燥18 h后,在1 430℃保温4h烧成,然后检测烧后试样的体积密度、显气孔率、真气孔率,并进行SEM和EDS分析.结果表明:烧后试样表层生成了厚度约为400 μm、显气孔率为6.37%的致密釉层,有望对熔体的侵入起阻挡作用,延长碳化硅耐火材料的使用寿命.
