Abstract: OBJECTIVE:To provide individualized pharmaceutical care for patients. METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participatd in the treatment of 1 case of anaphylactic shock induced by cefuroxime sodium for injection,and pharmaceutical care was implemented. RESULTS:The implementation of pharmaceutical care with physicians had made good efficacy and the patient was recovered and discharged. CONCLUSIONS:Pharmaceutical care leading by clinical pharmacists can provide individual reasonable suggestions and opinions,solve the practical problems in the clinical treatment and prevent the potential problems.
