Numerical simulation of mold oscillation trajectory

Abstract: According to the diversity of four linkage form,graphic simulation can not reflect the motion trajectory,and human errors exist. Analyzing the application of numerical simulation technology of four linkage motion,simulation model was set up,and the simulation program was designed and developed by the MATLAB. The model fully reflected the movement track of four bar linkage vibration mechanism. The simulated arc trajectory error at mold oscillation was calculated.
