Abstract: A new blind video watermarking algorithm based on MPEG-2 is proposed. First, calculate the inter?section on mean-line in low frequency DCT coefficients between two I frame of carrier video as the embedding position. And then the watermark information and the synchronous code are embedded by using odd-even quanti?zation. The experimental results show that the algorithm is of good invisibility and strength in robustness under the conventional attacks.
