Abstract: Improving the social law publicity and education system is the need for ruling the country by law, building a law-based country and maintaining social stability. In spite of achievements in this area so far, problems exist to tackle. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a supplementing mechanism, explore the subjective perception and raise the ability to apply law so as to enhance the legal awareness of citizens from the root. Besides, it is also necessary to advocate the spirit of law, solve problems by using legal thinking and optimize the social environment of law.
