Abstract: The research result on peasants in Linan city showed that in the development of agricultural management conditions, on the one hand, the development trend of agricultureˊs scale production, the promotion of biochemical technology and the sharp improvement of mechanization level, have increased the risk of soil pollution to a certain extent. On the other hand, the scale and intelligent management, the promotion of agricultural knowledge and technique, the improvement of peasantsˊ environmental awareness and creativity in production practice all have provided some support and possibility for the improvement of the ability to prevent soil pollution. So, our countryˊs soil pollution prevention and control legislation should motivate the advantageous factors and evade the disadvantageous factors. Ensuring legal system construction is scientific and forward-looking. At the same time, it is necessary to inspire the massesˊ wisdom and efforts to protect the soil ecological environment.
