Abstract: Objective: To standardize the nursing data in a solid way to function and management foundation in nursing management. Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011~2014 to standardize nursing data management after the new failure events,nursing staff nurse patient dispute frequency,satisfaction of patients and doctors/nurses' satisfaction and 2007~2010 in our hospital were compared not standardized nursing data management.Results:2011~2014 the implementation of standardized management of nursing personnel related information after the assessment result is obviously better than that of 2007~2010,P<0.05.Conclusion:Standardizing the nursing data to improve the nurse management level,providing a new model of nursing work,for the maintenance of nurse patient relationship established security.
