Abstract:
利用涡流仪对带涂层碳纤维复合材料的涂层厚度进行测量,分析检测频率及涂层厚度对涡流检测信号的影响,然后利用扫描电子显微镜测量涂层厚度,对比涡流法和电镜法测量所得的涂层厚度值.试验结果表明,两者数值很接近,误差较小.涡流法可望实现碳纤维复合材料涂层厚度的高精度测量.
