Abstract: The civil right of appeal, as a kind of judicial remedy right, is a part of the appeal system and also the precondition of launching appeals trial procedures. The appeal system as a part of the judicial system should not be ignored. It is also a part of an audit system, occupies an important position in the system of appeal in our country. Now in our country, countless cases show the parties were impeded when they appealed to the court, which restrains the effective execution of the civil right of appeal. In order to ensure that the parties can exercise their right of appealing unimpeded and achieve the desired effects, it is necessary to explore the more effective scheme for the remedy of the right of appeal.
