Abstract: The acoustic scattering on an infinitely long cylindrical conductor can be converted to mixed boundry value problem of Helmholtz functions for some smooth open the arc. In this paper, using a single double-potential to approximate scattering waves and according to potential theory and jump relations we establish the mixed boundary integral equations. Then this system of equations is discreted and parametered. The existence and uniqueness of solution to the boundary integral equations can be proved.
