Abstract: Objective To study the sodium hydrogenate joint splint cushion treat-ment of articular disc is clinical curative effect of shifting there maturation ago, ex-plored the effect is obvious and lasting treatment curative effect. Methods 60 patients with TMJ disc not irreversible shift before, will use the sampling method of lottery to them 1:1 ratio were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 30 cases of patients with combined application of sodium hydrogenate injection oc-clusion pad treatment.In the control group of 30 patients were used simple cushion treat-ment. Treatment of 2-6 weeks and 6 months appointment, through self-evaluation of pain visual analog scale changes and FRICTON index to evaluate the clinical efficacy,so as to compare the curative effect of two treatment methods. Results The treatment group patients with 2,4,6 weeks and six months after the total effective rate were significantly higher than the control group.And pain scores, Fricton index were significantly lower than the control group, the differences P<0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Sodium hydrogenate injection combined therapy with teeth or pad joint shift before not summarize curative effect significantly, can effectively re-lieve the clinical symptoms.
