Abstract: In this paper,the double PWM net-side converter model of DFIG is set up under the three-phase static coordinate system and two- phase synchronous reference frame. Based on the way of voltage vector orientation,the model of voltage、current double closed loop control and the space voltage vector pulse width modulation and phase lock loop are built in Matlab / Simulink.The simulation results show that the DC voltage to can be stability controlled and effectively rectified,voltage can be kept steady under the unbalance range,and input current waveform be controlled sinusoidal with net-side converter while the AC input amplitude changes.
