Abstract: Electrical equipment exposed in the air inevitably exists heating and discharge phenomenon during process of long-term operation in medium-voltage switchgear for running vibration,load change,assembly and components defects and other factors. Aiming at such developmental defects,this paper studies the development and testing of multiple parameters monitoring system based on the wireless communication and insulation technology. This system can monitor? temperature,current,relative humidity,ozone parameter at the same time. Test results show that the system can correctly monitor the temperature,current,relative humidity and ozone data,System is running normally and measuring deviation is acceptable.
